Meet Anabelle
Hi there! I’m Anabelle – the teacher-mom-author who gets a little too excited about everything and anything teaching and learning.
I am a passionate teacher who strives wholeheartedly to help my students achieve success, not only academically, but personally. I do what I can to create a safe and inviting learning environment in which students can have fun, make mistakes and build friendships. I also pride myself in creating unique resources that cover curriculum in a fun, engaging, and relatable way so that students will be motivated, confident, and eager to learn more.
I am also a dedicated mom to little Adélina who has come and completely changed my world. She is my love and my light, but also my inspiration. Not long ago, this 8.6lbs bundle of joy got the teacher in me truly questioning my momabilities. How in the world was I (we – I have an amazing husband!) supposed to be the one to teach her…. EVERYTHING? What would be the best way to do it?

And of course, I fell in love with Maria Montessori’s philosophy… I realized that everything I always tried to do in my own classroom was aligned with most Montessori principles and now I wanted to know more!
​So here I am, the passionate teacher and lifelong learner that I am, trying my best to learn everything I can so others like you don’t have to. Being an educator (teachers, guides, moms, dads, etc.) is often synonymous with self-critical as we constantly question what we do – we want the best for our students and our children. It’s not always easy and often very time consuming. Therefore, my mission is to inspire and empower educators — teachers, Montessori guides, and parents alike — to become transformative influences in the lives of young humans, enriching their learning experiences and fostering a love of growth and discovery.
If you are still curious to know more about me, well, when I am not getting excited about something teaching related, you can find me rediscovering the world through my little “cocotte”, on the ski hills and trails (and coaching), camping, and simply spending time with all the ones I love – friends and family!
